Providers at our office are responsible for gathering your medical information and reporting it in a clear and concise format.

Our experienced professionals carefully examine medical documentation to identify relevant details, clarify any discrepancies, and highlight evidence that supports each case. Our Providers DO NOT make disability determinations.

We will first conduct a screening to see if your case is a good fit for our program. If we do not feel we can help, we will not accept your case. If we feel we can be of assistance after the screening, you will move forward to the virtual consultation.

During the virtual consultation, we will have a conversation with you regarding where we feel we can be of assistance. The virtual consultation is personalized to your specific case based on the facts that you have presented. After the virtual consultation, you can ask questions and have time to make a decision about choosing to use our services.

Yes, there is a cost for using services provided by Live-Well. Costs vary based on the services provided. The Veteran is always in control of what s/he chooses.
